Sarah Palin shocked everyone by resigning as governor of Alaska in July halfway through her term, saying she would pursue a "higher calling."
And then, somebody wrote "Going Rogue" and called it her memoir and it allegedly sold more than a million copies, giving distinguished authors a very bad name.
Sarah Palin boosted Oprah Winfrey's ratings and the TV hostess helped the candidate-turned-author sell lots of books. She went on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" to plug the book, telling the talk show queen that running for president in 2012 wasn't on her radar, but not ruling it our either. Palin's appearance gave Oprah her highest ratings in two years.
Palin attracted crowds of fans who waited in line for hours to have her sign their copies of "Going Rogue." But Palin was the target of tomatoes hurled in her direction by a man at the Mall of America in Minnesota. A Costco in Utah where she appeared later removed tomatoes from the shelves during Palin's visit.
Why would anybody throw tomatoes at a comic like Sarah Palin. She went on Katie Couric because "it was supposed to be a light-hearted, kind of fun, working-mom" piece but Katie ambushed her what kind of magazines she read and boy did she get mad because Katie tried to make her look like a hick, and then, they strung together all the worst bits.
In Vanity Fair, Levi, who fathered a child with Bristol, said Sarah's a lousy mother and hardly ever sees the kids and that she and her husband Todd, practically lived apart.
She is too a good mother, all that video of Sarah at home with the kids was repeatedly wielded like a prop on the campaign trail and her ability to lie with a straight face is all that is necessary, to conceal the truth.
Did ambition play any role in her presidential bid? Absolutely not. "Was it ambition? I didn't think so," she (or rather her ghostwriter) wrote. "Ambition drives, purpose beckons." And when she dumped her job as Alaska governor so that she could write the book that her ghostwriter wrote and collect the 1.25 million dollar advance, for the lack of effort, she became the well financed candidate of the zealots who are trying to make her America's next President.
It's hard to parady the wackjobs who are trying to get Sarah Palin elected because they are so absurd, and when Sarah Palin rants about "death panels" she mirrors the psychopaths who are using her in effort to dethrone the man they really hate --Barack Obama.
Stay tuned, Sarah Palin is not going away any time soon, unless the psycopaths who are financing the effort to make her the next President of the United States are prosecuted for treason -because they are essentially in violation of every election law that every Democracy implicitly and explicitly acknowledges.
